My life happens too, I'm more than just a trainer, coach, business owner, and the hype you see on my social media. I'm a mom, grandmom, wife, sister, daughter, friend, artist, gardener, homesteader, entrepreneur, and human. When my life demands that I take am moment to breathe, from little hiccups that also come my way, I take it. I've learned that no one can be there for me, like me being their for me, besides I have the most amazing clients in the world, and they know I walk my talk.
